Solve Real Problems. Build Real Capability. Start with Discover.
DegreeLabs helps students move beyond classroom learning through a structured Discover → Validate → Grow pathway, where students build solutions for real industry challenges with mentor guidance.
4-week mentor-guided program · Real industry challenges · Company-reviewed proposals
Degrees open doors. Capability builds careers.
Most students graduate with knowledge, but not enough experience in solving real problems. They struggle to frame problems, research deeply, communicate solutions, and demonstrate execution readiness.
DegreeLabs exists to bridge this gap.
Our Academic and Industry Ecosystem
One simple pathway:
Discover → Validate → Grow
Students build solutions. Companies validate them. The best teams execute them.
Start with the 4-week Discover Program
Discover is the foundation of the DegreeLabs pathway. Students learn how to understand real problems, conduct research, design practical solutions, use AI tools meaningfully, and present implementation-ready proposals.
4 weeks · Mentor-guided · Team-based · Real challenge output
Guided by mentors, not left to figure it out alone.
DegreeLabs is building a community of mentors who guide students through Discover, Validate, and Grow. Mentors help students think clearly, communicate professionally, collaborate in teams, and prepare for company interaction.
Start with a free UKM-powered personality and capability assessment
DegreeLabs students get access to a custom UKM assessment experience designed to help them understand their personality, strengths, and capability profile. The assessment is free for DegreeLabs students, with an estimated market value of ₹750–₹2,000.
Top students move from proposals to real execution opportunities.
After Discovery and company-led validation, selected student teams may progress into real company projects where they apply their solutions, build execution experience, and strengthen their career credibility.
DegreeLabs supports students through mentor guidance, structured collaboration, and company-facing project engagement.
No student is left behind
Students who do not immediately move into validation or paid execution can access a pool of real challenges. They can express interest in opportunities aligned with their education, skills, aspirations, and ambitions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and submit proposals for company review.
