Yes. The 4-week Discover Program is delivered online with 3 sessions per week. However, it is not a passive online course. Students work on real industry challenges, receive mentor guidance, collaborate in teams, and build a company-ready solution proposal.
Will I work individually or in a team?
Students usually work in cross-functional teams so they can learn collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
Is Grow guaranteed after Discover?
No. Grow opportunities depend on company shortlisting, proposal quality, project suitability, and execution readiness.
Is immersion mandatory?
No. International immersion is a separate premium opportunity and is not required to complete Discover.
What happens after I register?
