After students complete Discover and enter company-led validation, select teams may progress into Grow. At this stage, students work toward executing approved solutions for real business challenges, in collaboration with companies and with continued mentor guidance.
Grow is not a guaranteed placement or automatic next step. It is an opportunity pathway for teams whose proposals, collaboration, and execution readiness align with company needs.

Mentors support student teams as they navigate company expectations, communicate progress, maintain structure, and translate ideas into practical action. Their role is to improve the quality, professionalism, and delivery readiness of student work.
Execution may happen online, offline, or in a hybrid format.
Grow projects may be carried out online, offline, or through a hybrid model depending on the company’s feasibility, student team location, and the nature of the project. The format is determined by what best supports meaningful collaboration and outcome delivery.
